McGough Construction on behalf of Sanford Health is currently soliciting bids for the South University 1B Physical Therapy remodel project located within building B of Sanford's South University Campus in Fargo, ND.
The project consists of renovation of existing walls, floors, and ceilings, required for new finishes along with small modifications to existing MEP infrastructure. Scopes of work we are accepting proposals for are: Glazing, Doors & Hardware, Framing & Drywall, Cabinets & Countertops, Specialties, Acoustical Ceilings, Tile, Flooring, Painting, Window treatments, Sealants, Mechanical, Fire Suppression, and Electrical.
Work is expected to start later this summer 2022, and work is expected to be conducted in 5+ phases per the phasing plan outlined in A1.2 of Foss's construction drawings. The physical therapy wing will still be active and operational during each phase of work. |
