BAC Women's Leadership Conference

Attn: BAC Local 1 Sisters

We are happy to announce the BAC will be hosting its second Women’s Leadership Conference on January 10-14, 2024.

The conference provides an opportunity for BAC women members to join fellow BAC sisters in developing their skills and learning as craftworkers and leaders.

The conference will be hybrid, with some instruction done both virtually and in person.  Those interested in participating should submit a resume, and a brief explanation of how you would benefit from attending.

Please use this link to submit your documents.
Deadline for submissions is December 15, 2023.

The conference will be limited in size and the application process is only available to BAC women members in good standing.  Below is an outline of the conference agenda.

Due to the limited space, not everyone that applies will be able to attend.  You will receive a confirmation email of your participation in late December.

The International Union will reimburse travel-related expenses in accordance with the IU's Expense Policy, and provide a stipend to cover incidental costs to those candidates that are selected to attend this conference.

If you have any questions, please email us at [email protected]
