Free Food Giveaway in Minneapolis with Communications Workers of America

The CWA Minnesota State Council and its affiliate unions, in partnership with the Saint Paul Regional Labor Federation, will host a free-food distribution event at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 18, at the CWA Local 7200 hall, 3521 E. Lake St., Minneapolis.
Thirty-pound boxes of fresh food will be available to anyone, free of charge, on a first-come-first-served basis. We will be doing contactless, drive-through pickup in the parking lot.
We anticipate the event will last about 3 hours. But please check this event page for updates about availability and supplies.
This event takes advantage of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's "Farmers to Families Food Box Program."
The event is presented by CWA Minnesota State Council, CWA Local 7200, IUE-CWA Local 87042, COPAL, CWA locals 7201, 7203, 7212, 7250, 7270, 7304 and the Minnesota Newspaper and Communications Guild - TNG-CWA Local 37002, in partnership with the Saint Paul RLF
